As a company, we’ve made the commitment to a set of core values that guide us every day. It’s a way to remind ourselves of who we are and why we do what we do.
We’d like to share them with you so you know a little bit more about us and who we are.
The idea of creating a core values statement started out as good ethics: doing things the right way for the right reasons. And it still is that for us.
But we’ve also learned it’s pretty good business, too. People like dealing with a door company that keeps its promises and then they tell others about us. This philosophy has kept us in business for 30+ years – we’re going to stick to our values!

Core Value #1: KNOWLEDGE
We have the specialized knowledge that comes from 32+ years in business. Doors are all we do so we know them incredibly well.
But, of course, all that would count for very little if we didn’t translate it to our customers in a way that enhances the door-buying experience.
We require as an absolute minimum one year of installation experience for every sales team member. They, and our installers, also receive ongoing training in the latest door system advancements to stay ahead of other companies in a fast-changing industry.
We also share our knowledge freely. That’s why our website offers a wide range of helpful information, including tips, how-to videos, FAQs and lots of galleries.

We pledge to be selfless in our customer service. That’s a big promise, we know, but we really do fulfill that promise every day. We put customers’ needs first, delivering a superior experience, even when it’s not easy or convenient.
Selfless customer service also means going the extra mile, striving to ensure 100% satisfaction, 100% of the time, with no exceptions or excuses. It means if you call us because you have a question or problem, you deserve a fast, appropriate response.
