Turnkey Entry Door Installation
Today’s Entry Doors provides sales with installation service and under no circumstances to be construed as a door manufacturer or distributor.
Today’s Entry Doors provides an all-inclusive turnkey entry door sale with installation service for private residential use. A turnkey solution will typically include a new fiberglass entry door slab with accompanying material of your choice which may include but limited to hardware, glass, and decorative grille. A new door frame which includes inner and outer trim that come factory painted or stained. New hinges, lock-set, threshold and energy-efficient weather-stripping. Free removal and disposal of old door and door system components.
Any extra work not described in this contract and not discernible at time of sale (e.g. termite or dry-rot wood replacement) will be billed at the rate of $75.00/hour, per man, plus materials.
Today’s Entry Doors will be responsible for “pulling” a City permit, if required. But any associated fees will be added to contract price.
Product warranties vary by manufacturer. In fact if you have a “factory” finish you will have several manufacturer warranties of different durations. Each of these will be emailed to your after final payment is made. Today’s Entry Doors warranties their labor for period of (2) years from the date of installation.
If you have a “wired” alarm to your existing door Today’s Entry Doors will disconnect and drill hole in new frame for wire pull through. All parts will be set aside. Because of liability issues we will not re-connect your alarm this is best left to your security company.
If any product offered by Today’s Entry Doors is sold without a factory finish we will not be responsible for any call backs related to door adjustments when product was finished by others.
All custom colors need to be transmitted by manufacturer color code, mixed for 1-gallon of paint.
If at the time of contract signing there are TBD’s (To Be Determined) they should be decided upon as close to the end of the “3-day right of cancellation” as possible. Each day that passes could add another day to overall contract completion date.
You shall indemnify and keep Today’s Entry Doors indemnified against all claims, demands, actions, proceedings made or brought against Today’s Entry Doors arising from the use of this web site and/ or any breach of any term or condition by you.
Relationship between parties
No joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and Today’s Entry Doors as a result of this agreement or your use of this web site, brochure or any other accompanying promotional documentation.
