When Bradley Gilbert started shopping for doors, he went into Home Depot and Lowes, and found the experience underwhelming.
“I didn’t feel like it was a great selection,” Bradley said.
Next, he called a guy who installed doors because he had good online reviews. But there was a problem.
“He said I would need to find the door myself,” Bradley said. “He only did installation.”
Bradley was searching for a company that could do it all from start to finish.

“At first, I was a little skeptical, but the whole presentation was professional, and they were very knowledgeable. It ended up being a really great experience and the mobile showroom enhanced the overall shopping experience,” Bradley said.

The door ordering process went smoothly.
“After I placed the order, there was good communication,” Bradley said. “They were very good at following up and sent several emails with updates. The door actually arrived earlier than expected.”

Installation day went without a hitch. Besides being skilled and personable, the installer was also very neat and careful not to damage anything.
“He was really, really, good and really professional. He hung plastic all around the area and closed the area off to keep it neat. He even took pictures off the wall to protect them, and then put them back” Bradley said.
As he was finishing up, the installer noticed that the hardware was just a tiny bit sticky and he promised to return shortly with a new cylinder to make it perfect. True to his word, he came back and made it right.
“He did swap out the cylinder – the whole thing was just really professional,” Bradley said.
Bradley was very satisfied with his entire experience with Today’s Entry Doors – from the initial appointment to the actual installation.
“This was a good operation from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and professional.” Bradley said.
