“They showed us all the different options and the whole thing was super friendly,” Jessica said. “Later they came to our house and took measurements – everything was very professional and pleasant.”

Installation day for the door went great according to the Gilstraps.
“The installer was friendly and open to questions,” Jared said. “He answered everything and even gave us some help on another door that was having a problem.” Jessica added that she was pleased that the installer was respectful of their home.
“I always appreciate when a company that works on a home cleans up after themselves,” she said. “He did that and I was happy about it.”

“Oh, we’re so happy with it,” Jessica said. “We get so many compliments on the door.”
She added, “It’s been a real ‘statement’ piece for the home – it really stands out as something special on the house.”

“What we ended up with, we couldn’t have achieved if we had gone the typical route,” Jared said. “If we had gone to Home Depot or someplace like that, we wouldn’t have been able to find a door like this. We paid more but it was worth it.”
