The Burketts Say That Today’s Entry Doors
Makes Getting A New Door A Pleasant Experience
When William and Jennifer Burkett decided it was time for a new door, they visited a few other companies
before finding Today’s Entry Doors. It quickly became clear to them they had found the right place for them.
“We were in their showroom and the attention they gave us when talking about doors was great,” William said. “It was kind of a gut feeling right away, ‘this is the company we should go with.’”
He added, “You could tell it is family-owned and operated – they showed us they cared.”
Next the Burkett’s scheduled an in-home appointment to tie down all the details on selecting a door and the accessories they wanted.
For the appointment, Today’s Entry Doors rolled up in a Mobile Showroom, which allowed the Burketts to view a nice selection of samples, including full-size doors.

“It was helpful,” William said. “[The Mobile Showroom] also just showed me that they were a legitimate company – to have that means that they’re invested in what they do.”
After the order for the door was placed, the next big step was installation, but the Burketts were also impressed with what happened BEFORE installation day.
“We got a call from them communicating everything we needed to know,” William said. “With the kind of work I do, I know how important managing customer expectations are, and they did a great job with that. It was just great communication.”
When installation day arrived, that also went very smoothly.
William called it “very professional” and “a clean installation – really top-notch stuff.”
The results were beautiful. “The door has such great curb appeal,” William said.
Soon after, the Burketts were back on the market for another door. Deciding who to call was easy.
William noted an issue with one of the doors, a minor installation problem with a side light. “I called about it, and they got back to me in 2 hours. That’s how they handle everything. Their customer service couldn’t be better.”
